📢 JOB VACANCY – Secretary (The Gambia) Helping Hands Academy Helping Hands Academy, an international educational initiative focused on youth development and community empowerment, is seeking a highly organized and reliable Secretary to support -our operations in The Gambia. -Position: Secretary -Location: The Gambia (Kairaba Avenue 56) -Start Date: Immediate -Organization: Helping Hands Academy -Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) 🔹 Responsibilities .Manage student registrations and academic records .Maintain attendance sheets and administrative files .Communicate with students, parents, and teachers .Coordinate daily activities with the Country Manager and Director .Handle payments, receipts, and documentation .Organize schedules, classrooms, and materials .Prepare official letters, reports, and communication .Support teachers with administrative tasks .Maintain a clean and efficient office environment .Submit a weekly report to the main office in Germany .Follow up and report on ongoing Helping Hands Academy projects. .
